The fix is not better slides. It is research that anchors the pitch in this buyer’s situation, then a draft that answers “why you, why now” before “why us.”

This course runs the full loop. You research the prospect before touching a tool, generate a first draft in Gamma, then catch what the AI got wrong instead of shipping its filler. You rehearse the pitch against an AI playing the buyer, send it, and read the signal in how they respond.

You walk away with a finished, prospect-specific pitch deck built in Gamma and a repeatable research-draft-rehearse-ship process you can rerun for the next deal in an afternoon.

Who it’s for

Founders: pitching investors or first customers and need a deck that lands without a designer or a deck agency.

Sales reps: who want each deck tailored to the account instead of recycling one template across every call.

Consultants: proposing engagements who want to rehearse the objections before the real meeting starts.

What’s included

Research the Prospect Before You Open a Tool

Why \”Why You Now\” Beats \”Why Us\”

Generate the First Draft in Gamma

What the AI Got Wrong

Rehearse with an AI Playing the Buyer

Ship It. The bottleneck moved from collecting information to acting on it, and AI is the lever that closes the gap.

Most note-taking systems become graveyards. You save articles, screenshots, and half-formed ideas, then never find them when a decision is on the line. The fix is not another app. It is a structure your AI can read and a set of prompts that pull the right context back out on command.

This course pairs two proven methods, PARA for organizing and CODE for the capture-to-output workflow, with the AI tools you already use. You build a reusable master prompt, learn when one prompt is not enough, and assemble an AI board of advisors that reasons over your own material. You also learn the three context traps that quietly poison answers and the Alpha Filter for deciding what is worth keeping. Build one that remembers, uses your tools, and runs a job the same way every time.

The gap between an agent that demos well and one you actually trust is memory, tools, and a repeatable process. This course closes it.

Most people prompt a chatbot, get one good answer, and call it an agent. Then it forgets what it learned yesterday, has no access to the systems where the work lives, and improvises a different approach every run. You start with how an agent actually thinks: the agent loop that turns a goal into action. From there you set up a real workspace, write context files that onboard your agent like a new hire, and wire a self-improving loop so it keeps what works.

The back half is integration and repeatability. You connect outside tools through MCPs, run multi-tool workflows end to end, and write Skills: documented SOPs that make your agent perform a task the same reliable way every time. The final lesson puts the whole system together on one job.

You walk away with a working agent that has its own workspace, context, memory, connected tools, and a library of Skills, plus the repeatable method to point it at any new task.

Who it’s for

Founders: want an agent that handles a recurring job using their real tools, not a one-off chat reply.

Operators: turn the SOPs in their head into Skills an agent can run reliably every time.

Builders: move past prompt tricks to MCP tool connections and multi-tool workflows that hold up on real work.

What’s included

From Chat to Agents

How Agents Think — The Agent Loop

Setting Up Your Workspace

Context Files — Onboarding Your Agent

The Self-Improving Loop — Agent Memory

Connecting Your Tools with MCPs

Multi-Tool Workflows in Action

Building Skills — SOPs for AI

Putting It All Together

🎯 This course is platform-agnostic. AI handles the writing, design, and formatting. The barrier to creation is gone, which means the barrier to competition is gone too.

The sellers who win aren’t better creators. They’re better strategists. They treat digital products as the front door to a business, not the whole business.

This course gives you the strategy.

In 6 chapters, you’ll go from idea to live business with a validated niche, a multi-tier offer stack, working infrastructure, and a content plan that attracts buyers instead of just followers.

What you’ll walk away with

A validated niche and angle backed by real demand signals, not guesswork

A 4-tier offer stack with a free lead magnet, entry product, core offer, and premium service designed to multiply revenue from the same audience

Live infrastructure including a landing page, email capture, and payment processing, set up for under $20

A content strategy built on the 40/30/30 framework (educate, relate, convert) with platform-specific playbooks

A concrete 30-day launch plan broken into weekly milestones you can follow at 1-2 hours per day

Who this is for

Anyone who wants to build a sustainable online business around digital products, not just sell one thing and hope. Whether you’re starting from scratch or have products that aren’t generating consistent revenue, this course provides the strategic framework to build something that grows.

What makes this different

This isn’t “how to make a PDF and list it on Gumroad.” It’s a business-building framework where digital products are the gateway to higher-value offers like services, communities, and recurring revenue. Every chapter includes exercises that produce real outputs, AI prompts for every step, and honest market framing that acknowledges saturation while showing you exactly how to stand out.

Course Curriculum

The 2026 Opportunity

Find Your Edge

Build Your Offer Stack

Set Up Your Machine

Get Buyers, Not Followers

Your 30-Day Launch Plan

Ready to dive in?

6 lessons to get you from zero to confident. That comes from knowing what to keep, what to cut, and what to rewrite.

This course teaches you how to write copy that sells digital products, using AI as your starting point and proven frameworks to shape the final result.

In 7 focused chapters, you’ll learn how to name products, write descriptions that convert, build landing pages that sell, and adapt your copy across email, social, DMs, and checkout.

What you’ll walk away with

An AI copywriting workflow that turns rough drafts into polished, human-sounding copy in minutes

Product naming strategies using four proven formats: outcome-focused, problem-driven, curiosity-based, and specificity-based

A description structure that leads with outcomes, builds trust through stories, and closes with a clear call to action

Two core frameworks (PAS and AIDA) you can apply to any piece of copy, from Instagram captions to sales pages

Eight hook types for headlines, subject lines, and social posts that stop the scroll

A 5-part landing page structure that walks readers from interest to purchase

Channel-specific playbooks for email sequences, DMs, social captions, carousels, and checkout copy

Who this is for

Anyone selling digital products who knows their product is good but struggles to communicate why. Whether you’re writing your first product description or trying to improve a landing page that isn’t converting, this course gives you the words and frameworks to make it work.

What makes this different

Every chapter is built around the reality that AI writes the first draft and you shape the final version. You won’t learn outdated copywriting theory. You’ll learn how to brief AI effectively, spot and fix AI-generated patterns, and apply frameworks like PAS and AIDA to produce copy that sounds like you and sells like a pro. Each chapter includes AI prompts, real examples, and exercises with measurable outcomes.

Course Curriculum

Copywriting in the AI Era

Name and Position Your Product

Write Descriptions That Convert

Copywriting Frameworks

Hooks That Stop the Scroll

Build a Landing Page That Sells

Write for Every Channel

Ready to dive in?

7 lessons to get you from zero to confident. Begin with assessment prompts: Start with the organizational readiness assessment prompts to understand your current state and identify priority areas. This initial data will inform which subsequent prompts will be most valuable.

2. Customize before submitting: Always take time to customize the bracketed sections with specific information about your organization, implementation plans, and context. The more specific information you provide, the more tailored and actionable the AI’s response will be.

3. Build sequentially: These prompts are designed to follow a logical implementation sequence. Start with foundational elements (readiness, leadership alignment) before moving to execution elements (communication, training, implementation).

4. Iterate and refine: Use the AI assistant to help you refine initial outputs. For example, after receiving a communication plan, you might follow up with: “This is helpful, but can you adapt this plan to address more specific concerns about job security that our finance team has expressed?”

5. Combine outputs strategically: The responses from individual prompts should work together as part of your comprehensive transformation approach. Look for opportunities to cross-reference and integrate outputs from different prompts.

Maximizing the Value of AI Assistance

To get the most value from your AI assistant when implementing these transformation strategies:

1. Provide context about previous work: When moving from one prompt to another, briefly summarize what you’ve already developed so the AI can build upon previous outputs rather than creating disconnected elements.

2. Request specific formats: If you need deliverables in particular formats (slide decks, one-pagers, workshop agendas), specify this in your request. The AI can structure information in the most useful format for your specific needs.

3. Ask for implementation guidance: After receiving a framework or plan, ask follow-up questions about implementation challenges or adaptation strategies: “What are the three most common pitfalls when implementing this type of training approach, and how can we avoid them?”

4. Seek simplification when needed: If the AI provides something too complex for your context, ask for a simplified version: “This is comprehensive but might be too complex for our small organization. Can you provide a streamlined version that maintains the core elements but requires fewer resources to implement?”

5. Request examples and templates: For any strategy or framework, ask the AI to provide concrete examples, templates, or scripts that make abstract concepts actionable: “Can you provide a sample script for how a manager would introduce this AI tool to their team using the CLEAR framework?”

Phased Implementation Approach

For most organizations, a phased approach to using these prompts will yield the best results:

Phase 1: Assessment and Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Use readiness assessment prompts to understand your starting point

Develop leadership alignment and commitment strategies

Create your communication foundation and resistance management approaches

Phase 2: Planning and Preparation (Weeks 5-8)

Design your training and support systems

Develop your phased implementation approach

Create your trust-building and resistance management toolkits

Phase 3: Implementation and Adjustment (Weeks 9-16)

Execute your communication campaign

Implement training and support systems

Collect feedback and make adjustments

Phase 4: Sustainability and Evolution (Ongoing)

Measure adoption and impact

Implement continuous improvement mechanisms

Transfer capabilities to internal teams

By following this structured approach to using the prompts, you’ll develop a comprehensive transformation strategy that addresses both the technological and human aspects of AI implementation. Remember that successful transformation is not just about the quality of your plans but about how effectively you listen, adapt, and support people through change. Use these prompts as living tools that evolve as you learn more about your organization’s specific needs and responses to AI implementation.

PROSCI - ADKAR aligned Break things. Let the algorithm sort it out.

And sure, AI can generate 1,000 variations before your coffee cools, so clearly going slower must be a moral failing!

But here’s the truth no one wants to admit:

Speed is a byproduct, not a strategy.

I see this every day when my son practices piano.

He’ll stumble through a bar, go too fast, get frustrated.

And then he reminds himself of a quote his sports coach always said:

“Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.”

He slows down, focuses, breathes…

and suddenly, boom - the complicated tremble pattern unlocks.

The slowness creates the speed.

This isn’t just piano.

It’s surfing.

It’s wine.

It’s aged cheese.

It’s anything that needs time to turn from “fine” into “worth remembering.”

You can’t microwave craftsmanship.

AI collapsed the cost of “good enough.”

Everyone can now make a passable design, a functional email, a half-decent social media post in seconds.

The floor has risen.

But what about the ceiling?

Still just as far away as it ever was.

And that ceiling is made of one thing:

Attention.

Not speed.

Not grind.

Not… force.

Just someone caring enough to go slow

when everyone else is sprinting.

Sometimes it means cooking a slow, handmade dinner instead of tapping the Uber delivery button.

Sometimes it means rewriting the message so it lands, not just arrives.

Sometimes it means thinking before deciding, listening before talking, or letting an idea breathe overnight.

These micro-decisions are where the difference is made -

between “good enough” and “holy shit, that’s lovely.”

So here’s what I remind myself:

· Slow your thinking → smooth your execution → speed will be your outcome

· Rush the experiments, not the craft itself

· Speed comes from clarity, not from chaos

· Care about the last 5% this is where the magic happens

The world will keep accelerating.

AI will keep making “fast” faster.

Everyone will keep trying to sprint.

But the people who pause -

who choose attention over adrenaline -

those are the ones who’ll actually get somewhere worth getting.

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

P.S.: Christmas festive season is the annual reminder that the world can slow down… we just pretend it can’t for the rest of the year!

@thefelixscholz is a reader-supported publication.
