I help teams adopt AI.

For 20 years I’ve worked across PwC, corporates, and startups — delivering projects, running workshops, and making sure new stuff actually sticks. Now I do this as an independent consultant working.

What I do:

→ AI Workshops & Bootcamps for teams. From AI Strategy for Leaders to Agentic AI Bootcamps, I run hands-on one-day workshops for leading organisations.

→ The AI Lab is my methodology — a structured environment that takes business problems and turns them into validated, working AI solutions in days, not months. Five connected workshops, one transformation.

→ The Futures School is the next-generation venture I’m building — hands-on AI literacy for kids 9–12. Currently running pilots in Raglan, with plans to scale across NZ, Australia, and Europe.

PwC-trained in Germany and New Zealand. MBA from Goethe University Frankfurt. Certified Design Sprint facilitator. Google Gemini Certified Educator. Verified Vanta Admin. ISO 27001 & ISO 42001 practitioner. CISA + CIA holder. Active across three workstreams of the NZ AI Forum: Education, Research & AI Governance.
